Epic, crazy, riverting, an abslute thrill to watch...If you don't know what i'm talking about you obviously don't know your rugby league, as two sides, Queensland and N.S.W. fought out the first of three games as Telstra Stadium last night.
Sure, the football wasn't that great, but who can complain when an 80 minute game comes down to a one point decision, where a player brought into the side less than 24 hours before the game, kicks the winning goal!
I, myself was there. I was present down at the entry to the players where the bus dropped the players off on staff premises. How i got to this position not even i know, but the tension mounted was absolutely incredible.
The 17-16 win could honestly be attributed to many a player. Forwards, Backs and Coaches of each side would of had to worked incredibly hard. And making such fine athletes come down to the wire showed this in cold temperatures as the roof was closed over the stadium last night...
Another loss for Queensland, but now the next game turns to their territory, what could happen?
