Giteau's Goodbye for surgery
May 17th 2006 06:00
Another set back for the Wallabies as star player Matt Giteau faces knee surgery and will most probably miss the opening test match against England on June 11 in Sydney.
Giteau, a now sought after player within the Super 14, has recently signed without a doubt the biggest contract of his life. Now, facing minor knee surgery one could worry whether this will be a re-occurring injuring as often most great players acquire and sometimes force them out of the game.
At the age of 23, signing a multi-million dollar deal with the Western Force for next season could be on the back of his mind, yet we can be sure the star player will undoubtably fall back onto his feet in fine form with his natural talent his biggest play.
